Regionally Mike’s long, long career has been the standard of so many fishermen of the period, competing successfully on all the western tours. But extending himself to fish in other parts of the country and winning in a unique fashion likely put him over the top in the eyes of the Hall voters. When Mike returns from his next tournament stop on Lake Mead, I’ll try to post an in-depth interview with this Hall of Famer.

Way to go Mikey Mike!! My only Question is what took them so long to realize what a legend you truly are to the sport of Bass fishing and why you were not inducted earlier.Again Congrats to Mike, It makes me proud to say I am friends with the nicest and definitely one of the best all around bass pros to come out of the west coast.
